[epsi-coord] Sneak preview of Narrative Database capture page

Hi all,

The page to capture stories for the narrative database is now live, and
available to you for a sneak preview.
Please DO NOT DISTRIBUTE this address yet:
http://epsiplatform.eu/content/share-your-story

Please DO try it out by adding a real experience you have (it's live so
lets not pollute the data with 'test' entries like sdfgghk etc.) Trying it
out with something real is not just fun for now but also useful for filling
up the database.
