[epsi-coord] financial result ePSI Conference

Dear All,

In the dropbox is a new version of the ePSI conference planning document (v1.14) with a financial result calculated (as much as possible)

We still need to wait for some numbers to trickle in (especially most of the travel cost and the bill for THE DOELEN).

The result so far (based on the actual cost as well as the estimated costs for unknown) is quite good. We made a profit of about 3500,-, but… We can only know for sure in about a month time.

Some questions, issues:

- Volker has not yet send a Bill, @Daniel can you make him do this asap?
- Jens Finnas was allocated 250,- travel/subsistance and claimed 673,90? BTW: his claim looks reasonable, he even stayed in a 20 euro hotel room.
- Please all check the list, and see whether I've missed anything.
