[epsi-coord] Fwd: Evaluation of EPSIPlatform

Hi all,

Juan is asking about an 'evaluation of the platform' by users. He also
mentioned it on the phone in our last call with him.

I had a look at what was done under the previous contract. Back then it was
actually a survey with a few easy questions, that was not organized by the
epsiteam but by the EC itself.

I would like to put a small proposal before Juan.

Although Juan says he's referring to the contract as to why this needs to
take place, I haven't been able to find something in the contract that
actually says something like this, except for one sentence we need to seek
input from stakeholders.

What I'd like to do is
a) take the questions asked last time, and re-use them (maybe slightly
altered)
b) maybe add one or two specific questions on what we added / changed in
the platform
c) add available data points:

- We have a few interviews done by Elmine at the conference asking people
about their impressions of the site, which we can also use.
- We have received a few e-mails through the contact form with feedback on
the site, which we can also collate and use.

A simple survey we can do through Lime Survey and incorporate in the site.

We can run this in June (it was done that way in 2010) for a few weeks and
incorporate results in the Tech Review.

Your thoughts?

 Ton,

As previously discussed you need to organise the evaluation of your
services ?

Did you have a look at what Rob Davies did back in 2009/10 ?

We would need something soon.

Thanks

Juan
