We can also turn this into a marketing trick and boost our registrations,
for instance by giving away 10 boxes of chocolates, or 10 bottles of ePSI
wine (Tom, are there still some bottles left?), or a Groupon gift of 50
euros.

I would actually offer to add a usability test on the site with two test
persons. This only takes me 30 min and sometimes provides some interesting
insights on how users understand the site. This would be for internal use
only.
