[epsi-coord] 2 TR drafts

Dear all,

Just a quick note from my side - the data wrangling paper is still 
rather rudimentary as I unfortunately did not have as much time to work 
on it as anticipated, but I will be adding to it as well. Looking 
forward to your comments!
