[epsi-coord] first draft program 2013 ePSI Conference

Dear all,

 

I have made a very first draft of the 2013 ePSI Conference Program, building
on what we had in Rotterdam. This allows our Polish friends to market the
event internally, in particular towards the University of Warsaw. It is not
intended for wide publication yet (as we need to discuss the program and set
up internally and with the EC of course).

 

@Ton, can you make a page that has the name on the conference + date +
location and that says something like 'further details will follow soon', so
that I can connect the links in the document to that page. 

 

@all, it is likely that I can not make tomorrow's conference call, but I
will try.
