Dear all,

 

As the conference is approaching rapidly, I would really appreciate if
everybody could join the CC this afternoon.

 

Please also check whether you have any actions pending, particularly:

1.       To the extent not done yet: emailing me the missing info on your
speakers (email, dinner participation, cost claims)

2.       Instructing moderators of your sessions + check on follow up

3.       Contacting your speakers in case you moderate a session
