[epsi-coord] AB meeting

Marc,

Sectoral workshop and AB have nothing to do with each other. I know somehow
they've merged for you but they are not the same at all.

The contract makes us organize 4 public events. These are two conferences
and two sectoral workshops.

We also had made room for AB meetings, taking the events as a logical place
and time to have them.

We had decided, afaik, that we are not doing an AB meeting.
