Hi,

here is the almost finalized version of the TR on Linked Data.

I am struggling a little bit with adding a critical perspective, hence it also relates to the usefulness of all the linked data research programs funded by the EC. I will polish and put into format tomorrow. As I have no peer review this time I am wondering if we could send it to
