Could you respond and stress the seniority and high level of that first
plenary: Polish Minister, MEP, EC, Stott, Futter. In other words, if they
intend to send a junior or medior, they should not.

Sorry Daniel - it's me being impertinent by not replying! It's a bad day for
me and in fact the team as we have an OGP co-chairs meeting that week that
we've only recently got final confirmation for date - I'm trying to juggle
all the trips/people that week to see if we can send someone to warsaw
