[EU-lobby-data] something odd

Hi Natacha,

yes, there is something odd going on there. I think what is displayed
there is the number of members each NGO has. Because FoEE says under in
their entry that their "total number of members that are natural
persons" is zero, FoEE appears only on page 16 of this ranking amongst
all the other organisations that have 0 members.

Greenpeace also doesn't have 2,800,000 lobbyists in Brussels, but 2.8
million members... This needs to be fixed!
