[euopendata] Fwd: What research on gov20? Help shaping the European research agenda

Deadline comes pretty soon "february 25th"

If someone from this list who is active in research (I'm drifting away 
from the University world) sees this as interesting opportunity, I'm 
willing to contribute some parts if the writing is done trough open 
model... wiki, etherpad mixedink or somethging.
