[euopendata] Call details for the ICT 2010 session call + mailing list

Amazing -- thanks Ivan!

Before we take all traffic regarding ICT 2010 session to that list,
would anyone on this list object to a few organising emails? In
general I think this list is pretty low volume so people *just*
interested in ICT2010 wouldn't be flooded with irrelevant stuff. Also
I think that it is pretty dead on topic for this list. Hopefully also
this list will continue to be of interest for people organising ICT
2010? And isn't the session supposed to be organised under auspices of
this group/list?

Sorry for delay in picking this up -- I've been really busy, and
thought you might wait until after Monday's call...
