[euopendata] Open Data Manual + Open Data Hunt events...

Hi Jonathan,
great idea. I like this.
We should prepare a local data hunt event for our first regular monthly "everything open" meeting here in Berlin on 3rd June.
We should also drop a note to these two lists
Opendata Network <opendata-network at lists.metasync.org>
OKFN Deutschland <okfn-de at lists.okfn.org>
to get people involved in the preparation.
