[euopendata] [open-government] Fwd: PSI in Poland

It's not that bad I think and it's still quite a long parliamentary way for
the law to be implemented. However the shiny PR can be tricky and there is a
lot of private and political interests in this.
What is very important and we can not forget about this is that freedom of
information is the foundations of PSI re-use. That is why I think it's so
needed to permanent looking closely at what is subject to this law and fight
against exceptions that are not justified by the protection of other rights
(eg privacy, security of state). If the freedom of information will be
limited, there will be no data to re-use.
