[euopendata] Open Government Data Camp 2011 is coming! 21st October 2011, Warsaw

We're currently gearing up for Open Government Data Camp 2011, which
will be in Warsaw this year! The main day will be 21st October 2011,
and we're planning to have lots of different workshops, code sprints,
and planning sessions around it.
