[euopendata] My city adopted open data motion

Hi guys,

The city council in my city declared our town an 'Open Data City' yesterday.
An open data motion was adopted 34-3. See

a rough English translation. It is a largely symbolic motion, but also
is worded quite ambitious. The City gov needs to come up with an action plan
(content defined in motion) in 6 months max.
