[euopendata] Data J questions

Re: the questions I think the last one could be picked apart a bit more to
make journos answer along the following lines:
- What information about the data itself would be useful (e.g. how it was
gathered, who by, methodology, sample size etc)
- What contextual information would be useful (e.g. jargon definitions,
where they can get related information)
- What format do you prefer data in? (can of worms I know!)
My own experience is that journalists don't really know what questions they
want to ask of data until they get it - so may be better to ask 'What areas
do you report on where you might benefit from raw data?'
There are obvious blind spots here, too, but you're more likely to get a
meaningful response.
