[euopendata] Any comments? The state of open data 2011

Hi all,

David Eaves has written a blog posting 'The state of open data 2011'
coinciding with his key note address at OGD Camp in Warsaw last week. This
blog posting has also been posted as a guest blog entry at ePSIplatform.eu

It would be great if some of you could respond to his points in the comments
there. Is there e.g. a difference in the challenges David sees, and how it
looks to us in the EU? Or are these issues globally the same?
