[euopendata] Registering a package on datacatalogs

Hi Christophe,

I've registered the site now:

http://datacatalogs.org/catalog/nederland

Sorry you weren't able to do this. datacatalogs.org originally had a
'moderated edits' feature that isn't working very well now: there will
probably be some changes fairly soon that will make this process
smoother.
