Hi Matej,

here are few pointers for you:

- Mathieu d'Aquin is scraping TED with ScraperWiki [1] for the
purposes of the LOTED project.
- For the LOD2 project [2] we also scrape TED. I'm not sure if the
data is already public, so I've CC-ed the developer that is working on
it.
