Hi Richard,

Thanks a lot for this information, as we explained, we don't have any
prior experience with EU institutions which explains our confusion.
We unfortunatly cannot modify ourself the OKFN blog post anymore.
We'll suggest a modification to the blog administrator.
Meanwhile, it would be very useful if you could explain this in a
comment under the post !
