[euopendata] Registering a package on datacatalogs

Dear all,

I'm trying to register the portal http://opendatanederland.org on
http://datacatalogs.org
Eventhough I registered, I'm still not allowd to create a new package :-/

Can somebody help me with that? Or register that portal?
