[okf-coord] Getting funding

Dear Jo and Saul,

I hope you don't mind me putting you on the okf coord list (closed + 
only myself and Peter Lockley on it). Aim is to have somewhere to 
continue recent conversations re. funding. In particular to discuss

   1. What projects would we like to have funded
   2. From whom is such funding available
   3. What coalition could we organize to apply for such funding
   4. Who would write (or coordinate writing) of these applications
