[okfn-coord] Weaving History draft proposal

Dear all,

Rufus and I have been working on a draft 'letter of inquiry' for the 
Ford Foundation to enquire about our suitability for their grant-making 
schemes. The letter describes a project currently called 'Weaving 
History' - a web application that would allow users to explore, order 
and visualise historical information.

It would be great if any of you had time to look at and comment on the 
draft!
