[okfn-coord] LSE IS involvement in OKCon

Dear Pro,

You'll just have seen my previous email about our booking at LSE. One 
thing we need to sort out (pretty quickly) is what the situation 
regarding the involvement of LSE IS dept is.

I thought we were going ahead with having them as a partner (which means 
a 25% discount on the fee) but in that case:

   1. Should we put the LSE IS logo somewhere on the site?
   2. Do you need to circulate the announce within LSE (or at least LSE 
IS) -- we should probably do this whether LSE IS are involved or not.
