[okfn-coord] Meeting in/around Cambridge in May

I've filled this in now. 15th/16th is looking promising.

I'm also wondering if it might not make sense to turn this into a
wider OKF meetup/hackday for the general community.

We can always have a specific before/after session for any exec group
only business.
