[okfn-coord] Next Communia Workshop in Barcelona in October

Would love to go (thanks for suggesting me!), but I don't think I have  
the time with doing the ISWC in DC at the end of October. Will know  
better in about a month, but I know that isn't all that conducive to  
scheduling a talk in a conference...
