[okfn-coord] Rescheduling board meeting

Current good days look like:
  * Wed 29th (which I can't make)
  * Mon/Tue 3rd/4th (which Paula can't make)

Jonathan: any way to extend the poll up to wed 12th -- that might be useful.

Martin, Jordan: what's your guys availability like. It would be good
to get this in the diary asap.
