[okfn-coord] Break-out room at UCL

No problem Pro. I've also contacted ULU who rent rooms in the nearby
ULU building:

They are quoting ~ £105 for a room for the afternoon + £80 for a
projector. This isn't quite as close as we would like but looks pretty
good.
