[okfn-coord] board meeting apology

I am supposed to now be in a meeting with the exec from 6 for an hour and
then need to pick up BF from station. Will do my best to join the board asap
but in case I don't make it here is a quick update.

I have managed to do quite a bit more on the notes and strategy work and
have another block of time set aside this Saturday to finish it off. I do
recall that I had an interim deliverable and I apologise that I have skipped
over that in favour of getting the whole done. The idea is to circulate the
work (and I warn everyone that after all this time and fuss on my part it
will be a complete anti-climax!) late Saturday for discussion by the board.
