Hi All,

Please could people take a look at the doodle poll (see email below
for details):

It is for OKCon dates. We'd be looking to hold our AGM and/or general
volunteers + supporters meeting at OKCon so it would be important that
the majority of the board could be there ...

Preference in IRC meeting yesterday was for OKCon to take place after
Easter in April.

To finalize a date I've set up a doodle poll (no login required and 5
seconds to fill out) with our main options so that people can vote for
their preferred days:

My guess is we'll want to be on Saturday in which case it's between
the 17th and 24th (assuming we leave a clear week after Easter).
However I've included the Friday and Sunday to give us some
flexibility.
