Unfortunately there isn't a detailed budget yet. I've been keen to fix
down roles and budget ASAP for the past few months, but it hasn't been
clear to me who has primary responsibility for this project.

In the past week or so we've decided on:

  * Project Manager: Jordan Hatcher until January or so
  * Project Administration (reporting, etc): Jordan + Cynthia (Rufus's PA)
  * Technical leads (WP 9): Friedrich Lindenberg and Will Waites
  * Community/dissemination (WPs 9, 10, 11): Jonathan Gray (me)

The full proposal gives an overview of what is expected from the OKF.
We are currently transforming relevant bits of this document into more
detailed requirements, and soon we will start adding
tickets/milestones to a dedicated trac instance for project
management. Proposal is available on board wiki at:

We are currently in the process of project planning, and should (I
hope!) be able to give a rough budget for our money, and a breakdown
of our estimated 49 person months, after the kick off meeting in
Leipzig next week! Jordan and I will report back here...
