FYI it looks like we've probably got EU funding for the LOD2 project.

Dear LOD2 partners,

I just talked to our NCP: The political decision of course is not yet
made, but LOD2 is the *highest ranked IP* on the list. Only very
dramatic circumstances could prevent LOD2 from being funded :-)
Probably in the middle of February we will be officially invited for
negotiations. So you can slowly untangle your fingers and mentally
prepare for the bureaucracy war during negotiations.
