[foundation-board] Fwd: WDMMG budget increase

For the board's information: we are seeking an increase in the WDMMG
budget. I would like to emphasize that this is not absolutely
essential in that we would not be in financial trouble is we did not
get it -- however we might need to curtail some parts of the project's
ambitions without the additional funding.

Dear Jamie,

As per our earlier conversations re. budget I've now made a detailed
budget available to you:

This shows the additional budget incurred as a result of expansion to
the project from the original dec 2009 period through to signing,
which amounts to £19,800. The most significant items in this expansion
was the engagement of two additional team members (Design Lead and UX
Lead). While some of this could substitute for existing work (e.g. by
Iconomical) the vast majority is additional (in particular with a
bigger team come bigger coordination overheads etc!).

Please review this and let me know next steps.
