This process sounds about right, and the draft MoU looks good (looking
forward to seeing our General Counsel's comments and revisions). Your
aside on the "campaign" terms of our own Mems&Arts is well noted - is
it worth taking out 1. b. 3) from the draft MoU to reflect this?
