[foundation-board] Today's board meeting (September 2010 meeting)

Unfortunately the BFI doesn't have a conference party line set up but given
that we only have the one board member dialling in this shouldn't hamper us
today. I am tracking down the phone number for the meeting room and will
circulate this afternoon.
