Unfortunately the CIVIS bid didn't get through. 71 submissions and 7
will be approved. But partners are looking for more opportunities to
bid for the same/similar projects - there's apparently a call
launching in the autumn.

Try, try, try again! :-)

Hi all,

Boris and me have the unfortunate duty to inform you that our EU CIVIS
project did not reach the required score thresholds to be accepted.

We have previously heard that there were 71 submissions within "ICT
2011.5.6 ICT Solutions for governance and policy modelling", out of
which thus about 7 should have been approved. Not that it particularly
makes me feel better, but at least it provides some context about the
harsh competition for this specific call.

We still have to consider the options on how to proceed in the future
on our ideas, but for now we are still adapting to this decision.

In any case, we would like to take this opportunity to really thank
you for all your efforts, time and commitment. It was a real pity we
did not make it, as the collaboration would have been terrific,
without doubt!

Greetings - Andrew & Boris.
