[foundation-board] OKF as host organisation for Marie Curie application

Hi

@Ben I'll update the board on our financial status at the end of our Q2 when August ends.

Since the board are in the loop I'll finish the conversation on-list. We should not do this. It's a distraction. We are not a university and we are not registered as an employer yet so we would not be able to pay the Fellow's national insurance.

Sorry. Nothing against the researcher or the topic but we just don't have capacity for this and it's small beer which won't significantly advance open knowledge in the world.

@Jonathan Will you communicate the outcome to those involved or should I?

All the best,
Jason
