While brief, they seem fine. I missed all but the first half hour of 
this one, i recall, and so some things about the minutes (which i guess 
i should have looked at much sooner!) confuse me:

"Action: BH to make clear to JK that there is another channel of 
communication"  - what's the other channel?

"The Board were invited to take part weekly staff meetings, held on 
Mondays between 14:00 and 15:00 London time"  - i don't see anything 
about this (statuses, updates, notes) on any mailing lists - where am i 
not looking?

"RP to meet Ben Laurie" - what happened here?
