[foundation-board] Registering as an employer with HMRC

Dear all

Rufus has asked me to register OKFN with HMRC as an employer. There are some bits of info we need from you before we can do that:

• the names of all company directors
• the National Insurance numbers of all company directors

Please reply to me off-list so your NI numbers do not end up in the list archives!
