Or more specifically objections (I suggest if no-one objects by start
of next week we take this as agreed). I'm +1. One outstanding question
is whether we need to get an audit for 2010-2011 (we need one for 2011
onwards). I'm of the view that as this isn't yet necessary we should
avoid the (very significant) hassle involved and give ourselves space
to prepare for audit this year.
