Hi Everyone,

Just to remind everyone that as per OKFN calendar [1] we have a board
meeting scheduled for 2nd Tuesday of December (13th) at 1830 GMT.

@Paula: will you be able to host at your offices as you have so kindly
done before?

@Jason: please can you confirm that you are on schedule to produce
relevant information at least 1 week in advance of the board meeting
(e.g. project updates, financials). Please could you also boot a wiki
page on the board wiki for agenda preparation.
