Dear board

I've been unable to coax meaningful quotes out of the other firms -- they just didn't seem that keen.

So I propose we go with the firm Paula suggested: Will Taylor at Lucrafts

Reminder of the costs:
> Will has quoted £2.5 to £3k per annum for audit, accounts and tax filings. Payroll would be £35 per month for up to 30 staff.

Let me know your views...

Thanks,
Jason
