In discussions with Laura, we considered whether we should review
insurance around:

 * key personell (i.e. Rufus)
 * events that impact delivery of contracts

My understanding is that the only insurance we have now is event related.

We agreed that Laura would check the insurance situation and that we
would bring this discussion on list so that the board can make any
opinions known on what insurance we should have.
