[foundation-board] Knight grant contract

I have seen approvals from Martin, Becky, and Rufus. We need a minimum of 4
out of the 7 on the board for a resolution.

Could any of the others approve this resolution to accept the contract, or
please let me know any outstanding concerns so I can address them asap.
