Fundamentally, we have bigger things to worry about.

My understanding from Friedrich was that he (and/or the OKFN-DE board) 
would just walk away from OKFN-DE if we insisted on better project plans
before giving them any money.  I find it unlikely in the extreme that you
and Laura would be insisting on OKFN-DE adopting a standard of governance
unreasonably more restrictive than justifiable given the sums involved.

If they were indeed to reduce their involvement in OKFN-DE, that would be
a problem, but a survivable one.
