[foundation-board] New board members: Jane Silber (confirmed) and Gavin Starks (potential)

Hi All,

As discussed at the last couple of Board meetings I have been in touch
with Jane Silber of Canonical about becoming a Board member. After a
phone chat and some follow-up in the last few weeks, Jane has kindly
agreed to become a member of the Board.

I shall be adding Jane to the list in the next few days and writing an
email of introduction.

In addition to Jane, I recently talked with both Gavin Starks (Founder
of AMEE and until recently its CEO) about becoming a Board Member.
Gavin expressed an interest and willingness to participate when I
sounded him out about this. What would people think of inviting Gavin
to the Board?
