[foundation-board] Reports for May 2012

Please find attached the management accounts, activity report, and FC
report (including Omidyar metrics) for May 2012 as a zip file.

I continue to produce these for each calendar month which is a clear and
logical interval, but does mean they do not always coincide with board
meetings.  If you have any feedback on report format or timing please let
me know.
