[foundation-board] Board meeting location

Our next board meeting will be held at the BFI from 6:30 to 8pm on Tuesday
20th March.

I'm aware that this choice of venue will hold us to time, but I would
prefer not to use C4CC again as I think we were at times audible to others
in the building.

Please let me know if you would prefer to attend via phone.

In advance of the full agenda, I attach the foundation coordinator's report
and a range of financial reports (a total of 9 files).
